Professional Life – Started from the Bottom, Now I’m Here

My professional journey has been built on a passion for technology, leadership, and making an impact. Since 2008, I have worked in the technology field, growing from hands-on technical roles to a leadership position where I now have the privilege of guiding teams and shaping projects.
Today, I serve as a Software Engineering Manager at Moultrie, a company known for its innovative outdoor products and technology solutions. In this role, I lead a talented team of software developers, engineers, and technical specialists, overseeing the design, development, and delivery
of high-quality software products that serve a diverse range of customers.
Since stepping into management in 2014, I have found my passion not just in building great software, but in building great people. Mentoring, coaching, and empowering teams to do their best work is what drives me. I believe leadership is about creating an environment where others can succeed and thrive—both personally and professionally.
