My professional journey has been driven by a passion for technology, leadership, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. Since beginning my career in technology in 2008, I have had the opportunity to grow from hands-on technical roles into senior software engineering leadership, building a foundation of experience that ultimately inspired me to take the next step—entrepreneurship.

Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations ranging from established financial institutions to technology-driven businesses, gaining valuable experience in software development, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and strategic leadership. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest passion wasn’t simply developing software—it was solving problems, building strong teams, and creating technology solutions that make people’s lives and businesses better.

Since transitioning into technical leadership in 2014, I have had the privilege of leading and mentoring talented software engineers, developers, and technical professionals. My leadership experience has reinforced a simple belief: Great technology starts with understanding people, identifying problems, and developing solutions that deliver real value.

Most recently, my role as a Software Engineering Manager at Moultrie has allowed me to continue developing that philosophy while overseeing software development initiatives, guiding engineering teams, improving delivery processes, and aligning technology with business objectives.

The Next Chapter: JRS Digital Group

After more than 18 years in the technology industry, I decided to take the experience, knowledge, and relationships developed throughout my career and channel them into something of my own.

That vision led to the creation of JRS Digital Group LLC, a technology company focused on helping businesses and organizations solve real-world challenges through innovative, practical, and scalable technology solutions.

My goal with JRS Digital Group is to bring enterprise-level technology experience and leadership to organizations of all sizes. Whether through custom software development, cloud-based applications, technology consulting, or digital solutions, I want to help businesses simplify operations, improve efficiency, and unlock opportunities for growth.

One of the first major initiatives under JRS Digital Group is StaffReserve, a cloud-based platform designed to modernize how school systems manage employee absences and substitute teacher assignments. StaffReserve reflects the very reason I started this company: identifying an everyday operational challenge and developing a technology solution that makes the process easier, more efficient, and more reliable for the people who depend on it.
